Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pakistan
a f.i.r has been launched by me against brother of sitting mpa under secyion 489-f.but due to police malafidy ,police make a cancellation report and submitt it to court.how ever the origional checque is in my custody.so,is it possible for judge to agrre with cancellation report?
