Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

my friend and her boyfriend were in a relationship(they were also physically involved) for 2 years but she slowly realised he wasn't right for her so she broke it off with him..the guy got frustrated and was very angry with her(also threatened to commit suicide) but she did not respond..she got married to some other person..

It has been 6 years..she has no contact with him ..but he tried a couple of times to contact her but she did not respond to anything..

her question is according to Indian penal code "now if he attempts or commits suicide will she be held responsible and will she be punished eventhough she has no contact with him for the past 6 yeears?"

is she really still thinking about the guy even after 6 years??? if she is not in touch with him then she wont be held liable.please ask your friend to move on in life and forget the past.

After such a long gap, it is not possible but if he make any suicide note then you will be in big trouble.
