My friend cheated over my money.. he was one of my friend whom i trusted a lot and he asked my help every time and i was also help him and never said No to him. in the month of december 2013 he said he is some problem and he wanted 20,000 urgently and he will return it in 2 months, i said i dont have so much money and i just have credit card. he was in very much trouble so i took him to gold shop swiped my card for a gold chain and gave that chain to him to make it cash and utilize it. that was the last he just took and went and he never turned to return back the money. i called him many times he will pick my call when ever i ask for money he'll say he is busy in office some important meeting is there so call back later.. and this is going on for 4 months now recently when i called he said he'll settle all the money on 15th April. on 14th i called to check if the money is ready.. he is blasting me with all vulgar words and abusing me all F words.. please someone help me. i am now helpless. i cant even tell to my parents they are aged and they will get hurt. his uncle has some police influence so he said if i go to police also no use.. i cried a lot he dint give even a single rupee also. last week he went Mc.Donals with many girls and treated those girls but when i asked for money he is scolding me in bad words. i said him i'll commit suicide with all my tears, He is wishing me saying "yeah that's the good news" shall i help you ?? i dont know what to do.. please help me

give a written complaint to the police. you should have recorded his talk where he admitted taking the chain from you. you have no proof and he is taking advantage of this fact. being educated you should have maintained at least some record. complaint to the police and if they refuse to take the complain send it to them through speed post
