Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
My friend has been grants bail but the court in Mumbai requires a solvent certificate .... The person who is ready to give surety doesn't have a property but has got income tax statements .... How can she get a solvency certificate on the basis of income tax .... Please guide me as my friend is very worried
