Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
One of my friend was molested by boy know to her.She filled fir againt him and case is in court now.My friend received summon from court for first hearing but she didnt went as dont wish to continue the case..will the case be dismissed if she dont go to court.

Yes , the case may dismiss and the court may also punish her. If she do not like to continue the case she to perform legally.
