Hi my friend was raided a few weeks ago and caught with 20 grams of mdma he is a close friend of mine and I text him regularly, he told me his phone was jacked by police and I have sent texts previously buying small ammounts for myself he refused to give the police any details of his dealer what I am worried about is if I can get raided or in trouble for buying or if they will try and get me to rat on him I also use a phone on a plan can I get done?

It is not uncommon for Police to contact and request statements from persons to whom they suspect drugs are being dealt. So they may or may not contact you and request assistance with their investigations, namely a statement from you implicating the alleged supplier. They may even undertake not to press charges against you for possession provided that you supply such a statement, however, before doing so you should always seek legal advice.
