Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
One of my old Friend stole my blank cheque and submitted in his bank with my false signature and the cheque was dishonoured by bank given reason was "Signature Mismatch". Now he sent me Legal Notice from a Advocate. He is doing so because I gave him Rs 2 Lac on interest by bank cheque. He just don't want to pay my money back. How should I come out of it.

you need to send a reply to the notice and also file a complaint of forgery and fraud.
