Dear Sir/Ma'am,
Accord U/s.379 amounts to Theft, & U/s.381 Theft committed by clerk, or servant of property in possession of master, or employer under India Penal Code (IPC.1860) is cognizable in nature (Police shall arrest without warrant), and you've to apply for anticipatory bail.
