My friends wife has put a case of 498A, 406 r/w 34 on her husband, his mother, father, sister & me ( Husbands friend)
I approached the hon'ble high court & my quashing application was allowed & the entire FIR was quashed for me. I have got the discharge order from the hon'ble lower court. But for all this it took around a year.
Yes my friend & his family are guilty & are still taking dates after dates as their quash application was rejected by the high court.
I want to teach that girl a lesson for this false harrassment, mental torture which I got without reason because of her false complaint.
How can I file a defamation / perjury case on her & her family
