My friends wife threatened him for false 498A after he filled divorce she had filled domestic violence case they reside in different states so he is worried if he appear for domestic violence hearing he may get arrested for 498A can he file for transit anticipatory bail on the grounds that he may get arrested on false case plz help how to apply for transit bail or stay in 498A case before filling of FIR as theres a chance as his wife threatened him is there any provision that he may get exemption as his mother is also respondant but not well so can medical ground applicable and can he send medical certificate with exemption application thru registered post
