Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pakistan
I have gave application for FIA for registration of criminal case, now its six months even investigation not started. Can I have authority to withdraw the case from FIA and go to local Police Station for registration of the case , as it seems it is more quick then FIA.

need to know the nature of application you have given to FIA, because its a federal Agency and in certain cases they have the exclusive jurisdiction to entertain the case and investigation.
