Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
If a girl do sex with four boys with condom protection .due to family pressure she lodged FIR against 4 boys and medical report of shows that there is no internal and external injury and no sperm present in his vaginal part of girl.
What happen in this case?

Such case will not stand during the trial.
Rather the accused persons can approach the revision court of the charges have been framed.
