girlfriend of my younger brother has impose a fake fir of ipc 376.as on 11th june after that i.o called both of us to compromise. girl get ready for marry n compromise on that basis we apply a intrim bail but the time judge ask her she asked sum of rs. 5 lakh so our lawyer widraw the bail . after this incident all her family memeber make her understand and she got agree for marriage but this time when we apply bail i.o said that she going to file chargshhet on 30th june so judge gave a date of 3rd june for intrim bail now i.o is filing the chargesheet and girl is finaly agree for the marriage.
i want to know further procedure please help

Appoint an expert advocate he will prepare documents and pull you out from this situation. Else police will took a big bribe from you and girls family and even then you both have to make the same decision of marriage.
