Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

Good morning sir

I have a threat to my life from my relatives, since am a single person (my parents are expired recently) they are planning (including my wife )to kill me to get my property and all.

kindly help me, how can i safeguard from them

Kindly complain against them in the nearest police station u/s 506 IPC and if the police does not register FIR then File a complaint to the Area Magistrate u/s 200/ alongwith an application u/s 156(3) for registration of FIR u/s 506 IPC. Also request the DCP of the area for police protection. You may drop in a detailed query at [email protected]
