Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

i am in government service and i receive 1,57,000 rs for construction work, i have completed work of 1,11,500 rs by dated 22 feb 2013. i was absent from work from 21 dec 2012 to 22 jan 2013 due to motor accident. On the date of 16 feb 2013 embezzlement case registered against me for amount 1,57,000 rs by senior officer. we are not able to work on site of rest amount 46,000 rs due to case registered of ipc 409. how to resolve this matter?

Once a FIR is registered, then matter is not left with either you or your superior.

However, upon investigation, police may come to conclusion that there is no offence made out and if such conclusion of police are accepted by Court then matter come to an end.

One may also consider quashing..
