Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
my grandfather had a house,he had 5 childs,three daughter and two sons,one son is passed away,after death of her son my grand father takes care of that family,now that family is not giving the documents and the key of that house,they demanding half of the share of the property not saporting the legal formality

is your grandfather alive?? if not you can file a suit for partition. Provided the grandfather has made no will in their favour. contact 9312411481
