If accused change his statement before the court comparing with statement already given to police in writing available in police record. what statement court will consider accurate or has importance of statement given to police.

On bases of above, can i try for his cancellation of accused bail taken against R50 hazar Rs bail bond muchalkay )in session judge or Mugistrat where cases are under process.

if the accused appears as witness and gives statement on oath, he can be contradicted by his previous statement to police
