Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
there are these group of people my friend knows and i do not know how,but they got my number from her phone and now they call me almost everyday and abuse me, they use extremely abusive and offending language, they say extremely dirty stuff. So can i go and file a complaint with the police against them? and what do you think the police may do?
