Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
I had been handed over post dated cheques from my buyer against his purchases the cheque are dt 11/1/14 but since the cheque date he has been postponing the deposit date by sending mails .Can I deposit these cheques or no if yes would his mail stand in court

the cheques are valid cheques and can be deposited any time within 3 months from the date of issue.
