Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
Something has happened with me today, i was driving at a nominal speed of 20 km and one bike driver came in front of my car and we got into an accident and then he was hurt in hand and her bike also got little bit damage and I decided to compensate him for 5000 with his permission and then he ask for another 5000 i refused . And now he is texting me for that money. Should I pay him more and will the car driver be liable in any thing under law and or any case can happen..
