Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
I hav logded a complain to senior police.he said to giv 498a case filled. But its 1 month now still FIR is not lodged. What should I do?

you need to go through crime against women cell for lodging the same. they need to go for counselling first before the FIR is lodged.
