Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
i am held under ipc 408 and 420. I comitted misappropriations of funds from bank customers , i was branch manager, i repaid all the funds amounting to rs.6.40 lacs within 30 days from instance, can i get anticipatory bail, what will be the verdict, can i be relieved as i have paid the full amount with interest thereon

it needs to be seen whether your paying back the amount defrauded help you getting the anticipatory bail. you may ask the complainant to get the case settled by way of compounding the same.
