Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

Hello,

I have been accused for section 186 and 341 IPC in the year 2014. As said by the police officer the trail would end up in 6 months. For a year of time I was attending the trails till august 2015. I was booked as A2. I got misguided from the accused A1 that the case has been closed. I was not much aware of the law and its procedure. Recently I cross checked the status with ecourt and came to know that NBW is pending against me since my last appearance as i dont have a Lawyer to get informed. Can anyone please suggest me a way to get the NBW cancelled without me going to the jail. I would really appreciate if any Lawyer can help me to get out of this problem without being sent to the jail.

Thanks In Advance

Yes. One may apply for cancellation of NBWs in absentia using the support of a precedent of judgment by Delhi High Court in Prem Cashew. However, the merits for cancellation would be considered based on the facts.
