Hello,
I have filed MCD and the second motion is due but my wife is not supporting to end 498a which was agreed in Compromise deed.
Please suggest how should I get the quashing done without her statement.

you may file a petition for quashing and summon her. She will be taking a stand before the high court whether she wants to go for quashing or not.
