Hello.i m pharmacist and had done job in hospital.drug inspector had file the case and add section 18 of drug and cosmetic act for selling expired medicine what to do.file is in court.

In case you are doing a job in a hospital, then you are not solely responsible for the same. The directors of the hospitals are equally responsible unless they prove that you were doing it on your own accord. in case it attracts penal provisions, you need to seek bail.
