Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
I helped an elderly on the road and took him to hospital and saved his life.Now after 2 months,his son a lawyer,is asking me to get an FIR registered so that he can claim medical expenses.What can i do.

you cannot be compelled to lodge an FIR as the same can be lodged by anyone including the son and you can be impleaded as a witness.
