Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
Hi
I got AB bail in 306 case as per judgement today. But do I need wait till get a judgement copy or judgement copy goes to concerned policae station. Can they arrest me without order copy in hand. because some people tell order copy need to be get signed from judge and it may take few more days. Can police arrest? please suggest do i need to wait for order copy even if judgment is passed saying AB granted? In online also it takes few more days to wait. please suggest

Ur lawyer will knows its urgency and get ur AB order in the absence of which Police will arrest.
