Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
Hi,
I have been charged under section 341, 323 and 504 of IPC in lieu of a roadside fight. Now, the other party is ready to compromise at a common friend's house. Should I get him to sign a compromise agreement so that he is bound to the compromise. For filing a petition under section 482 or Cr.PC do I need to attach this compromised agreement ? Is there a format which I can use for compromise agreement ?

you may attach the compromise deed but he too will be made a party and should appear in the matter.when you go for quashing in the highcourt.
