HI,

I am an Engineer working in dubai my 1st wife filed an 498A case against me .Now at the moment I got bail and the persion from the cort to rejoin my work place.After I got married 2nd time with a poor family backgroung girl ,now after 2 years of our marriage now my 2nd wife family has joined hands with my 1st wife and blackmailing me for 10Lakhs each .

They say that they will file again a 2nd case on me.

Please sujjest me what I should do.

Dear Mr.Feroz,

From the contents of your Mail, I presume you to be an Indian. To which State do you and your 2 Wife's belong to? Where has the first case been filed and what is the present position of the Case? Did you divorce your 1st Wife? If not along with the 498A case, have they filed any other case for Maintenance, etc.? In what manner have your 2 Wife's sought for the Rs.10 Lacs each, anything in writing or everything is only oral? Are you now in Dubai?

You may furnish your answers to the said Queries, as only then it would be possible to advise you in an appropriate manner.
