Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pakistan
Hi,
I want to file a writ in Islamabad High Court against a person who live in Karachi but I also live in Karachi. I heard that High Court writ can be filed in any province if petitioner does not feel himself safe in his city. is that true? if yes, what is the procedure to file?
