Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

Hi,

I got married around 1 yr back. Currently I am not living with my husband. I have filed 2 cases against my inlaws... 1 for Domestic violence and another for Dowry.

My husband has also filed a case of section 9.

What would be the procedure if I want to get the Certificate/decree of Judicial Separation from the court?

Please reply ASAP.

As and when court passes a decree, a party can apply and obtain certified copy.

In case you want a decree of judicial separation then u need to file a petition for the same.
