hii... i am rohit i married on 14th april at arya samaj mandir i have the certificate and it was a intra caste marriage my parents are in my support after marriage her parents cut off their connection with my wife and she spend 2 days with me at my home she was missing her family then she called her father and her father came and bring back her home.....

when i msg her she said pls give me divorce becouse my father in not support of this marriage i m sure her father did her brain wash n all that now they filed a normal complaint about me in her police station and they are telling me that five her divorce and settle in police thana otherwise we will file 498 n other section against you... now it passed almost one month i am not in favour to give her divorce i am ready to fight for my love and wanna bring her back becouse it was 6 years long relationship she still loves me alot but she had pressure of her family about the societies.... i consult with my lawyer he said their case is too weak i have few evidence like voice recordings, pics, chats, few witness... but my some frnds told me that dont go for it becouse they will ruin my life girl can give any statement in the court... but i still wanna fight but if i won thw case i have enought time 6-7 years their parents aim to get divorce and remarry her asap.... i m ready to jail for few days too... pls suggest me what to do legal advice needed one more thing we register police protection letter to 3 police stations including district police station too is it enough to fight these type of case or my lawyer miaguding me
