Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pakistan

Hii sir I am a teacher 5 years before I was bonded in nikkah not rukhsati with my cousin. She convience me to give her money for our marriage as my parents are not alive. But now she put up a case of khula and also lot of false allegation that I am involve in crimnal activities mentionning FIA and other police station in my case. I filed a suit in the court of magistrate for inquiry now and then the FIA reported as nil crime against me nor any complain. My case has been transfered to session court for further trial under section 499ppc. Kindly tell me if any other steps to be taken if necessary. Allah bless you.
