Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
Hi,
If a married woman applies for a Non-Creamy Layer certificate with the authority while applying for any government job and she uses her father's details instead of her husband's details for:
Name
Address Proof
Income Proof
What are the consequences for such act and under which IPC can a case can be filed
and what is the maximum punishment?
Also, who all are at fault in this case? Woman, her father and authority as well?
Please advice

in my personal opinion, there is no offence, if you have given your name, fathers name, address with your income proof.
