question related istagasa sir quashment of FIR is applicable if FIR has registered against me right now no FIR has been registered against me so in case of notices i will go for rit in session is there any law or not

Dear,

As you have talked with me in details, I can say that no FIR will be lodged against you for Istighasa. It is a private complaint matter, and as I discussed with you each and every aspect of the matter, you need not to worry now. I suggest leave the matter to your lawyer, he will handle everything.

And if you wish to get knowledge about the matter, get some good book read section 200 to 205 of Criminal Procedure Code, 1898 along with commentary.
