Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
Hi..sir actually near to my friend house there was an empty land where the owner not came for past 20 yrs..but my frnds dad was.ready to return the land when he comes but now what can we do to make that property...to protect from others who were trying to abuse

He can approach the court to appoint him as Trustee till his friend returns and look after the land.
