Legal Question in Criminal Law in Australia
What happens when your house & car are searched,drugs & pipe are found you are locked up refused bail, spend 4 days 3 nights in watch house then get bail granted,then find out that the search warrant expiry date was 4 weeks expired.???

You are at liberty to commence proceedings in the supreme court for wrongful arrest and false imprisonment.
You would normally need to see a civil lawyer for this. Alternately, you could make a complaint to the state ombudsmen.
