Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
HR administrator of my company took my signature on a document which I could not read before signing. When I asked to read, he refused.
If without my knowledge I signed a will bequeathing my property and bank balance to the HR administrator, will he successfully stake a claim to my property and bank balance if he manages to get two of his friends to act as witnesses?
Earlier, I already have prepared a handwritten will attested by two witnesses bequeathing my property and bank balance to my parents.
How do I prevent mischief by HR administrator and ensure that only my parents are beneficiaries after my death without fighting with the HR administrator?

simple make another will and make that as your last will get witness to sign it and get it registered.
