My husband is charged with ipc 408 ... Just want to know when can I apply for bail... And when he'll b out from jail custody

From which state you are? In U.P. There is no anticipatory bail so there is a different way to get anticipatory bail. Bail can be obtained any time even at the time of complaint was filed and if accused apprehended arrest . Getting bail depends on merit of the case and representation of the case so if ground exist then your husband will get bail. consult with details. Sidharth 9811776422
