What shall i do if my husband don't want to continue an extra marital affair and the lady emotionally blackmails him to continue the relationship

HOW IS THE Lady blackmailing your husband?? ask him to record the conversation with the lady and also tell her categorically that the affair is off!that is if he is really serious about calling the affair off!!
