Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
.My husband not only drinks too much and illtreats .he also beats me quite often. I want a divorce from him.I have two sons aged 13 years and 3 years.What are my legal rights in regard to maintainance and property?What is included in my Streedhana.I am only 36 years old.

dear client u can ask divorce on the ground of cruelty from husband. also u can ask monthly maintenance for u and kids by filling case under sec 125 of criminal procedure code. if yr husband has ancestral property then u can claim in the name of children. for detail discussion call me
