Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

My husband has filed a divorce case against me with cruelty and dessertion as grounds.I have filed a restitution of conjugal rights also.We are living seperated from 2012 May.We are before court from october 2014.In Jan 2015 My husband changed house from where we were living togethr after marriage ,that is from 2010 to 2012 May,as he got a new job

In Feb 2014 I went to new house and stayed there for two days.He tried to file a criminal case against me for trespassing in Police station.Police objected to take any action.He thought of going to criminal court directly to file private complaint.By the time I left his house so He didnt file the case.Will such a case be taken by court ?Still I am his legal wife.Will it be a criminal offence if i stay in his house?Will such an action affect divorce case negatively for me?They have also asked for an injection order as IA in divorce case which is pending before court.

Will it be granted?In reality,I was forced to leave our house by his father.My gold and money are still with him.He is having a personality disorder also.In both divorce and restitution counter has not been filed.It is yet to be done.Please help me
