Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
Husband filed divorce petition u/Sec 13(1)(ia)with false matrimonial home and failed to get it.
He filed FAPL in high court showing above address as old address.
But he has admitted in rejoinder the actual matrimonial home.
He also admitted in reply of 125 crpc the actual address.
340 crpc is pending in divorce petition in HC .
Can it be filed 340 crpc in high court also because FAPL is pending.
Please help

Clarify it accurately, wether you're said case pending before the Distrist Family Judicial Court, Or state High Court?
