my husband have ill legal contact to other girl. he is speaking daily how to compliant to police any other law is there.

Merely talking to a person daily is no offence so no complaint

Pallavi is right. A police complaint may not be maintainable at this stage. However, you should talk to him and try to understand the situation. It may better to avoid dispute.

only talking is not an offence, you may also talk then he will realize the pain.
Else law only stops for any illegal relationship only that too, if you are able to proof.
