Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
My husband looted 30 lakh frm me and my parents..he gave 7 lakh and rest of 23 lakh he was making story...so I filed application in police station of dowry and cruelty...thn he gave us declaration on 100rs stamp paper that he will give money in 1 year.. Till date he did not gave us single rupees. I did not file 125 or domestic or 420 or 498...what shud I ro now ? Kindly give any best good family criminal lawyer's name here in ahmedabad. As I could not find a good one in ahmedabad

The complaint filed in police should be referred to Crime Against women cell and FIR should be registered asap under section 498A, 420, 406 IPC.
