my husband got second marriage without getting divorce. now how can i prove this marriage.

file a case for bigamy. you will need to prove the marriage by finding the pundit who performed the ceremony and also find witnessess. for further query contact 9312411481

You may file a complaint for bigamy at the women's cell attached to the Police station where they resides along with the copy of proof of marriage with you (DO NOT GIVE ANY ORIGINALS IN POLICE STATION). At first try collect maximum evidence that where your husband resides and where your husband resides. You can take the help of private detective agencies fo collecting evidence and take the help of a criminal lawyer in preparing the complaint for filing it bfore the police.
