My husband got 2nd marriage the case was in court in more than 3 years now part heard police filled FIR under 498a 494 406 109 what kind of punishment he will get . When will be the judgement given . Second wife got government job usingICM . I informed the department they didnt take any action against her what i do for further will u plz guide me i have all evidance of my marriage .

1) File the evidence before the court where the case is pending.
2) What punishment, when case will be closed cannot be predicted.
All depends on the evidences produced and the charge proved.
3) Even if u write to the Government against that lady who married
ur husband, they may not initiate action unless the court confirms
the marriage illegal and gives suitable direction to her employer.
4) Ask ur lawyer to follow-up to expedite the case and let him issue
legal notice to the government where she is working, if u have
tangible proof.
