Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
My husband has been put under judicial custody u/s 420, 467, 468, 120B, 327, 384, 34 of IPC and IT Act. we are trying to get bail for him , charge sheet is already been filed and no recovery has been shown in challan . What is the chances to get bail for him?

the chances of bail can only be considered after going through the FIR and gravity of offence. lawyers cannot predict the time of bail but can only file an application and convince the court to grant the bail.
