Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

Hello iam from india and iam girl asking on the behalf of my friend's mother. Let me first explain you the scenario. My friend X is recently got engaged but all of a sudden a girl Y has appeared saying she is pregnant n carrying X's child because of this his marriage is broken. She has cased a file against X that he has raped her n claiming for child's benefits. Now X accepted he had physical relation but stating she had sexually trapped him since they were good friends and nothing more. This incident happened 6 months n now she has filed a case against him. She has aborted the child that time itself n tried to blackmail him n his family for 25 lacks money. When they denied she put a case after 6 months. He is trying for bail but getting delayed because she is not going for medical report. Court had rejected his bail saying medical report is pending from girls side. Its been a month he is in judicial custody and this is know by the investigation officer too now this officer is also not responding after taking a good bride from x mother by making her scare that he will put many case on him. Please help my friend and family is completely trapped. We have proved in court that its not a rape and the physical relation happened with her concern there but my friend x is not getting bail as the medical report is pending n its been a month she is delaying it now we are again trying for bail but worried as her medical reports r still pending since she not going for the same. Will my friend get bail. Can we put a case against her. Is there any chance make her to do the medical checkup as no one can force her. Plz help
