Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
I am from India.i had been in a long distance relationship with a guy for a year.
He is a school drop out and was frustrated with life.he used to take out all those frustrations on me.finding it very difficult.i told him i wanted breakup.i never ever had mentally abused him.still he is blackmailing me emotionally that he would commit suicide.will i be blamed if he does?
